Ms. World (tm) delegates are judged on personality, style, fit of clothing for their personal style, and shape, intelligence, presentation and general appearance.  Ages 20+.  Any size.  Any marital status.  May have children.

One delegate will be chosen as Ms. World (tm).
Ms. World
(tm) first runner-up will assume the title if Ms. World (tm) is unable to fulfill her duties for any reason.
Ms. American States
(R) has the first option of representing the Ms. World (tm) US/ Ms. US (tm) World title.
Should the reigning Ms. American States
(R) opt-out the title of Ms. World (tm) US/ Ms. US (tm) World will be chosen by application.
May represent ANY Pageant title (i.e. such as Miss Arizona America), but must have written permission of Director or Owner of Pageant.
Should ANY title, state, national, international or Ms. World
(tm) be revoked, all prizes will be returned in like new condition to Pageant.
If said items are not returned, delegate will provide a replacement fee for any/ all prizes not returned in like new condition. 
Executive Director is the final authority of revocation of title. 
All attempts at mediation will be taken before revocation of a title.
Prizes are subject to sponsor participation.
Judges scores are final.
Judges will score delegates based on performance during pageant competition.
At no time will judges factor a prior relationship or prior pageant placement or competition performance into the delegate's score.
Ms. World
(tm) Pageant understands there may be a prior relationship between sponsors, judges, delegates.
Ms. World
(tm) Pageant will not allow said prior relationships to be used in anyway to influence scores or competition.
Highest scoring delegate in Evening Wear wins the Supermodel Award and the title of Ms. World
(tm) Supermodel/ Ms. Radiance World (R).
Highest scoring delegate in Achievement Portfolio will earn the life-time honor of World Ambassador
(tm).
Country of origin bears no weight upon score.
Delegates are not required to speak English but must be able to communicate or provide a translator as necessary.
Delegates may wear a swim suit for Athletic Wear portion of competition. 
No thong bathing suits or string bikinis allowed.
Evening Wear is defined as any outfit which may be worn to a formal event.
Evening Wear may be a gown, pants, or palazzo pant suit.
Evening Wear may be of any length.
Interview will be conducted in pageant t-shirt and jeans of delegate's choice.
Delegates may embellish t-shirt.
