No Trekker worth his or her salt would let the opportunity go by of having a photo-op with "Captain Kirk." After a grueling day of rehearsal for Miss USA, Shelly, Jo Lynne and I had that opportunity. A very well spoken and genuinely nice fellow, Mr. Shatner thrilled us all by having a photo with us. Mr. Shatner and his wife serve disadvantaged children with their beautiful horses. Thanks for your community service and congrats for a second Emmy win for his role in Boston Legal! |
It's no doubt that part of the success of Extreem Makeover Home Edition s due to the great design team. After talking with Constance Ramos, pictured, it's easy to see that a large part of the success is the heart and soul that goes into the projects and in the genuine desire to help others. Dick Clark is not only "America's Favorite Teenager" but a man who made my dreams come true. Having always wanted to be a Bandstand Dancer and perform on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, imagine how thrilling it was to be invited to not only dance, but meet Mr. Clark. Currently, Mr. Clark is recovering from a stroke and is expected to return to the helm of NYRE. Our hearts and prayers are with you as you journey into wellness. |

Martha Stewart was a pleasure to meet. While at the "Martha Stewart Live" fundraiser, my task was to sell raffle tickets. Although she was the featured speaker, Ms. Stewart purchased tickets. Very congenial and a wonderful presentation. Her generosity was astounding. All volunteers received SWAG (goodie bags) including picture frames, magazines and other lovely items from her Martha Stewart Living line. Martha, thank you for such a great time, and for your donation to the Children's Center of San Diego |

More success! For the second year in a row, Extreeme Makeover Home Edition wins a People's Choice Awards. Here are Michael Moloney and Paul DiMeo, two more of Extreeme Makeover Celebs. Paul is known for his heart of gold as much as he is for his handywork. Michael is a talented designer with several projects in the works, and was seen with Joan and Melissa Rivers hosting the Red Carpet at the 2006 Golden Globes. |

| More than any celebrity, Mark Green is my ultimate favorite. He is the man behind the design labels of Mark and John, B2 and Us and more. He has made many of my dreams come true. We are with Shelly Munoz in this photo. It makes no difference to him the size or shape of a woman. He just wants her to be dressed well and look great. Mark gave me the courage to walk my first red carpet. I'm not anyone of import, but had an opportunity. Now, it seems I'm always on the carpet, or is that I'm always called to the carpet? At any rate, it's Mark and his beautiful creations you will most likely see. His encouragement and friendship is much appreciated. Love ya' Mark!
